Are you going to buy this game? What faction are you going to be in, and what class?

Personally I cannot wait to be able to play a game where I'll be able to explore Korriban and all the other Sith worlds. I'm defiantly buying this game, probably as the Sith Inquistor class.

I don't know. I have a limited allowance.. as in no money unless my mom randomly feels generous and says I can spend $20 on her credit card. ..So I'm not sure if it's worth buying.
I'll definitely play my friend's copy though. She's a Star Wars nut so there's no chance she isn't getting it.

SWTOR would be quite cheap to play tbh.

Tried to play the original star wars knights of the old republic, which i got as a gift over 3 years ago, but it would crash everytime on my windows 7 comp.

So no, I will probably not be getting this game. The cinematic trailers for it were pretty epic, though.

Those trailers were better than the third movie in my opinion.

And I liked the third movie a lot, so...

Fuck This Shit
I've pre-ordered it, I've been following it's progress for a while. I'm quite interested in it since 1; Star Wars is pretty fucking awesome and 2; BioWare is pretty fucking awesome.

Plus I haven't played an MMO for a long while, I think I'll be going with the Sith Inquisitor, the Assassin path or maybe the Imperial Agent, Sniper path.

At least EA isn't making SWTOR.

I hate how EA ruined the C&C series. I thought RA3 was good for gameplay but what a shit storyline.

I did like how C&C 4 ended as well, but I heard the game play was poor compared to 3.

I am looking forward to venturing around Korriban. Defiantly.

I would but in my country the bandwidth is not that good so playing online is not really a good thing, I may nevertheless try with my updated wireless.

I will say that the game looks set to take the mmo title from WoW, the content looks good and I should hope that it is good, considering it has been 7 years.

Star Wars has all ways been a bigger franchise. It has been around longer than WoW, thirty plus years. Of course WoW looks set to lose its grip as being the biggest and best RPG in the world.

Espeically with the fact that BioWare have put in a storyline arc to the game, in which your character can make their own story. I think that kind of content makes SWTOR unique.

And SWTOR wasn't made by EA, which is a big bonus, isn't it?

What helps SWTOR is that KOTOR series was so good for its time, TOR has plenty character options which makes the title interesting, for instance for me I would like to play as a Bounty Hunter.

Bounty Hunter looks interesting, but I'd probably only play Bounty Hunter if I got bored of being a Sith.

Which the likelihood would be never.

It is to easy to play as a Jedi/Sith, to powerful, the lesser classes make the game interesting. That said I would probably play as a jedi too. I wonder if they intergrated Starkiller (Force Unleashed) Shien combat style, fecking awesome.

I'm a bit divided here. I am not a huge fan of MMORPG's but I really like Bioware and Star Wars and I loved KOTOR so I may give this one a try but I'll wait to see if you guys dig it before I get it.

I would think it would be interesting for them to incoprate all seven Lightsaber forms for your character to master.

If that happened, I'd go after Juyo, Djem Su, Jar'kai and Shii-cho (Because every Sith/Jedi has to learn Shii-cho.)

I wonder if they'll make the 'Marks of contact' as an attack for you to use in Lightsaber combat.

Fuck if I know
I've always been a WoW guy, and I still play the fucking game every now and then. I'm really torn with this game honestly. I love star wars and I love Bioware, but I've been playing a hotkey mmo for about 4 years now off and on. It looks pretty solid, and I love the fact that each player gets their own starship, but I just don't know if I'm up for more hotkey gameplay.
