Off the top of my head, I would say The Tick for it's versatility. The live action series was mediocre, the comic was pretty good, but a little too adult for the kids with outdated homophobic jokes mixed in on occasion. But the cartoon, I enjoyed it as a kid and enjoy it now. I went through a nostalgia phase where I was buying DVDs of cartoons I used to love as a kid, and this is the only one I can honestly say is still genuinely good. The jokes are so universal, I feel just about anyone at any age can laugh at them. I think of it as one of the first amazing cartoons that Fox had the nerve to cancel. By my choice, you can probably guess that I don't have cable. I did away with it the moment I moved out of my mom's place, so I'm not able to catch any recent shows. I'd like to get into Breaking Bad though, it seems pretty promising. |

Don't despair, your mother loves you. Don't be proud, because she has to.

Boardwalk Empire is the best because it's extremely well written, well acted, and has some of the greatest fight scenes and character interactions I've ever seen. I've found myself laughing gleefully at just how badass certain scenes are. The writer of the show wrote The Sopranos (but it's much better than that) and the director is Martin Scorcese who did Goodfellas and Casino so you really can't go wrong with a cast like that behind the scenes. Plus Steve Buscemi has his most awesome role he's ever done and the character Richard Harrow is one of the most amazing ideas for a character I've ever seen. |

The Big Bang Theory is possibly the only primetime show that's worth watching. Jim Parsons plays his part perfectly. |

Finished watching the second season of The Borgias. It was awesome, better than the first and the actor that plays Cesare decided to actually act this time. I think the 3rd season will be even better. Sure, 2 important chars died, but Cesare Borgia did some cool shit in his time. |
