Everyone thought the world would look like this by the 1980s and that everything would be atomic powered. Our mainstream culture will be radically different in little more than 10 years, not 50. Don't agree? There was no such thing as an iPod before October 2001, and no iPhone before 2007. This about how that kind of technology has changed and is still changing our culture in a handful of years. There's no way to predict it either. It was the world superpower actin as the police for the world, yet butt fucking it's citizens. However large reforms outside and inside parliament like the women's right's activists and the creation of a third party turned it into a fairly decent representative democracy for a while. I believe this is happening in america
